However, state does not surrender the personal marijuana growing field or real estate if the person is found guilty. In large cases where huge amount of marijuana if found and it is suspected for commercial sale then Federal Charges come into action. Not only growing plants but also possession of plants extract and any other product prepared from marijuana is illegal and is liable to be punished by law.
